Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final-sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Returns are processed through our REDO return portal:

• If you purchased REDO Return Protection at checkout, your return is free.

• If not, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
